Welcome to Boho Condo 3/3 with heated pool.
We have a beautiful 2023 pontoon boat available for rent. It can comfortably fit 12 people. Please contact me for more info.

Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.
F YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Do not under any circumstance disturb residential neighbors with loud voices and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced
1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
2. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed

2. Cafe De Paris Bakery Indian Rocks Beach 7:30-6:00pm.
call before going they take vacation and they are closed!

3. Beach Entertainment shop is rights in front of the condo.
4. ER C.W. Bill Young Va Medical Center Hospital in case of any emergencies its 5 min a way just after the Bridge
5. Haze Ice Cream is down on main road 2 min walking, (and they have coffee too, Hours are 2-10, Mondays closed)
