FULL HOUSE · 3 BD/1 BA, open plan living/kitchen, plus large, bug-free, private screened-in lanai with furniture & hammock. No yard access other than viewing it from the lanai (yard is a wildflower meadow).
EASY PARKING · Park in driveway & for free on quiet street.
WiFi · Strong wifi signal in the whole house including porch.
TV · Chromecast + Amazon Prime. (No cable TV).
CACH · Cold AC & ceiling fans for summer ; cozy heat for winter.
NO PARTIES· Quiet hours, including on the back porch, are to be respected after 10 PM. I adore my neighbors, who include toddlers and elders.
NON-SMOKING · Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

Great location in a safe and quiet area. Clean space, comfy beds, and cozy back porch with a beautiful garden. Full kitchen and easy check in. Laura was extremely accommodating with clear instructions for the space and great communication.
