This property was a perfect location. Its very close to a pristine green park called O'Kane and has a walking path around it. It is close to Belmar for grocery shopping and restaurants. Very close to biking paths for Clear Creek to boke to Golden. All amenities work as far as washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Has ample dishes and cooking utensils. AC is essential. Very quiet safe neighborhood. I want to come back next year. The host is EXCELLENT!
