What a beautiful home for our group of 16! My husband, 3 sons, wives, and 8 grands ages 1-13 spent the week leading up to July 4 here. It was perfect for our party! The layout was great with bunks for the 2 grandsons and a larger one for all the girls. I think all the beds were comfy, the view was gorgeous and it was very easy hauling our beach gear to the beach. We saw dolphins multiple x daily, some very close and 2 fully breached very close to shore. We had everything we needed.The kitchen was well stocked. A lot of the plastic ware were missing tops but baggies work and can be thrown away. There is only 1 fridge, but also a drink fridge which we filled with canned drinks and an ice maker under the house so it all worked out fine. The dishwasher is a bit loose, but worked very well and wasn’t a problem. There is plenty of storage for chairs, tents, beach toys etc under the house. There were some beach chairs and toys left there and we left a couple chairs. Most of those that were already there were ripped, but we had brought our own. The table was nice and big annd we ate in every meal and played many games there. The make up area ( make up mirror under the sink) in the master was perfect for my bad eyes. We had a toddler and preschooler, as well as dogs, so the locking gates going to the beach and under the house were perfect so no one could get out without it being unlocked. The stretch of beach is easy entry and plenty wide. People ignore the private beach sign, but even on the busiest week of the year, we had plenty of space in front of the house. Both floors have fully covered porches which is very important to me. It made for great porch sitting. The downstairs AC went out one evening and we realized it about 7:30. I was worried with it being after hours, but Coastal View had someone there within the hour and it was just a frozen line and we were back in business. It was a fabulous week and we would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your home. The property was just as advertised. The boardwalk to the beach was very helpful with our younger grandchildren and the outdoor shower was a very nice feature. The private beach was just what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for our group of 13. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds.

Perfect for our 5 day girls getaway. Loved the location and the house was spectacular. Any minor glitch (coffee maker which turned out to be user error) was handled quickly and pleasantly. Plenty of room to spread out - and there are books and games for your enjoyment.
