This English Basement apartment, with its own separate entrance from front and rear offers three spacious bedrooms its own kitchen and a large living/dining area. This basement unit offers walk-out access to the private patio in the rear.

This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time.
Out of precaution, I remind all guests of the following rules for the home:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No loitering is allowed around the property including the front steps.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the property.
-The front main door must be kept closed and shut tight at all times. Please do not allow strangers or anyone that is not in your group to enter the building. All guests have a code of their own to enter.
There are actively recording cameras in the lobby of the building. All cameras are on the exterior of the property.
Absolutely No Smoking or Partying or there will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding. Place worked great! Had to search a little to find a unrestricted parking spot but in front of the church worked good. Also would be nice to have more mirrors. Difficult for the ladies to put make-up on.

We enjoyed ourselves overall. The property contact was amazing and was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check in. Pleanty of room for our family of six. We cooked all week and all the appliances functioned fine. And we had a local grocery delivery that went great. Unfortunately we did have issues with all the dishes being dirty when we checked in and the kitchen had a major ant problem and the property had daddy longlegs :( I dont recomend drop off deliveies while out. We had an amazon package of necessities go missing.
