This accommodation offers a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. It is located in Pinar de Mar, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Nerja, just a few metres from Burriana Beach and its lively promenade, which is filled with restaurants, cafés, and bars.
The apartment, modern and cosy, features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Situated on the ground floor (with only 4 steps for access), it has a private terrace with direct access to the seasonal communal pool, perfect for relaxing moments.
You will have full access to the apartment, the pool, and the shared areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Although the centre of Nerja is about a 30-minute walk away, we recommend using a car for added convenience. However, there is a nearby bus stop that makes it easy to access the town centre.
It is mandatory to complete the online check-in before your arrival, as without it, you will not be able to access the property. Check-in is self-service, which allows for a comfortable and flexible arrival. Additionally, we offer a travel cot and high chair upon request, for a small additional fee.
We are a real estate agency in Nerja. While we won’t be on-site, we are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause some noise during the day.
