Apartamento 2 Dormitorios con vistas al Mar

It is a lovely location away from the crowds yet a convenient distance from Playa Burriana and only a short drive from the town center. The pool is great and easily accessible. The balcony had amazing views yet secluded and private. There is also direct acces to the rooftop terrace from one of the rooms! There is an underground parking garage which we never used as always ample space for parking. The snack bar just outside is great and it was a bonus that they had the football on even outside normal opening hours.

Like most Spanish apartments built before new regulations sound insulation can be lacking but this is the norm mostly everywhere else in the country.

Appartement très propre et super bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. C'était très calme comme quartier lors de notre séjour (mai). On a pu profiter de la piscine à toute heure de la journée.

Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais si il y a des familles avec enfants en bas âge, la plage se situe à 10min à pieds d'une belle côte (et sans trottoir sur une partie)

Vi hade pool och takterrass

Det fanns bara 2 solstolar vid poolen och 2 solstolar på takterrassen. Saknade ett bord och stolar på den stora takterrassen. Det fanns ingen skarp kniv, varken bröd eller grönsakskniv. Vi var 4 personer, dåligt m glas, tallrikar och bestick till alla.

we stayed in apartment 1C, 2 bed with roof terrace. Roof terrace was fab, great views. nice views from balcony also. very good mattresses and water pressure in shower. Heating and Cooling efficient. Friendly owner.

Could do with a deep clean, kitchen very poorly equipped with broken tap and poor flow. Rusty microwave. Only 1 toilet roll and bin bag.
