We knew location and more or less what to expect in terms of internal layout and kitchen. Apartment was generally clean, there were toiletries and a kitchen cleaning kit available. A complimentary bottle of wine and water were included as a welcome gift. Bed was very clean and comfortable, and air conditioning available. Letting agent was easily contactable and communicative, and we were able to check in remotely in advance so when the rep met us on site they could just let us in and hand over the keys. On the day, the apartment was available for check in earlier that the normal time and staff were very helpful.

The company requested a €100 deposit which was promptly refunded as soon as we checked out, but initially it spooked me a bit, if I have to be honest. We have been renting holiday apartments for years and have always received excellent feedback from hosts, so a deposit in case we left the towels dirty with "creams or make-up" made us feel like naughty teenagers (maybe that's a good thing now that I think about it) but more to the point I even googled them before we went in case it was a scam, but general feedback from users was ok and they manage a whole host of different properties in the area, so I guess they have their reasons. Couch could have done with a good scrub though, and smelled a bit. This is one of the central apartments on the site and the terrace was really small compared to the others we had stayed at previously. I had failed to notice that when looking at the photos, in fact I had convinced myself the flat was on the first floor when in fact it was one of the ground floor apartments. We like to eat on the terrace in the evenings and it was a bit cramped but doable if we piled the rest of the chairs, clothes dryer, broom, dustpan and beach chairs at one end.
