The Waterway Escape - Spacious 4-bedroom house on the canal

It was so nice walk into the house and be greeted with a wonderful view of the pool! The house was amazing. My family and I have stayed at many vacation properties in the gulf coast area, and this was by far the cleanest property we have visited. Kudos to the cleaning team. It was very well stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and we found the layout of the house to be very kid friendly!! And then there is the pool. It was really hot during our visit, so the pool was very appreciated by everyone. Great location, close to shopping and dining.Communication with the hosts was a breeze, and they replied very quickly.

Great house for a large group. The neighbor hood was very quiet and the pool was a huge hit. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is spacious with a well stocked kitchen, nice shower, and we loved the pool! Will stay again.

Overall, the house was nice and had a lot of potential. It was clean, spacious, and located in a convenient area. The layout was comfortable, and many of the amenities were enjoyable during our stay. However, there were several maintenance and safety issues that affected the overall experience. In addition, the property showed signs of general wear and tear that could benefit from more attention and upkeep. While the house itself was attractive and had many positive features, addressing the electrical problems, repairing the door locks, and improving overall maintenance would significantly enhance the experience for future guests. The home has great potential, but these issues prevented it from meeting the level of quality we expected.
