About this house rental
Newly renovated and charming, older cottage with small slopes located on the north side of Jegindø with a view of the Limfjord and fantastic nature. The house appears bright and inviting with new furniture, beds, radiators and heat pump. The 3 bedrooms provide space for 6 people in a large room with double bed and good storage options, 2 smaller rooms one of which is with a 140 x 200 bed and the other with 2 bunk beds a & # 8217; 90 x 200. Living room and kitchen are next to each other, where you can gather in comfortable sofas with a view of the fjord and the garden, as well as by the older and cozy dining table set. On TV, there is access to DR's channels. The kitchen of the house is of older date but functional and neat. It is allowed to bring a dog into the house, but bring your own dog basket, as pets must be kept down by the furniture. Smoking in the house is not allowed. Two new terraces have been laid out by the cottage. On the south side there are covered dining areas and space to enjoy the sun. On the north side & # 160; you can enjoy the morning sun overlooking the fjord. On the plot there is reed forest with breeding reed hawks and other rare and wild nature. The Limfjord on the other side with a path directly from the house and down to the fjord, where you can, among other things, fish, go underwater hunting, harvest oysters or practice water activities such as SUP. The house is not rented out to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Comfortable and practical! The bedrooms were spacious, and we appreciated having two bathrooms, WiFi was reliable, which was a bonus for catching up on some work, The nearby public transport options made it easy to explore the surrounding areas, though we mostly stayed in to enjoy the house,
