The cottage in Ålbæk Strand shows high quality in furnishing and equipment. It is spacious and modernly furnished with bright furniture. TV via Chromecast. Large windows let a lot of light inside. On 2 sides you will find terraces at the house, one part is covered and you will always find windless as well as sunny areas. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. You will also be pampered with whirlpool and sauna. You live only 300 meters from the Limfjord and in the same distance you also have a restaurant. Your children can use the hem or the cozy playhouse in the garden. The property is bordered by tall, dense vegetation.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Besonders der Kamin hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wobei dieser auf den Fotos nicht wirklich zu sehen ist und auch nicht unter Ausstattung aufgeführt wird.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Informationsfluss von Novasol/Dansommer, da wir die zu bezahlenden Nebenkosten, Schlüssel Übergabe, Endreinigung usw. per E-Mail oder Telefon erfragen mussten. Vielleicht haben wir uns auch zu dämlich angestellt....
Ich hätte mir gewünscht ein Infozettel oder ähnliches im Vorfeld zu erhalten, auf dem steht wann man was wo bestellen (Endreinigung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher) kann und die Nebenkosten aufgelistet sind. Der Ort der Strom und Heizungszähler war nur auf dänisch beschrieben auf dem Abrechnungszettel wo sonst ausschließlich deutsch geschrieben wurde. Die Größe der Betten wäre auch praktisch anzugeben, da unser Bettlaken leider zu klein war.
