Spacious cottage with swimming pool, sauna and indoor whirlpool located in an area with beautiful nature and close to one of Denmark's best beaches in Marielyst. In the pool area there is a swimming pool (3mx5.2m) and a whirlpool for 2 people with the possibility of play and cozy togetherness. Bright, open kitchen to the living room where you can enjoy the heat of the stove. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher. The house is i.a. equipped with stereo, free Wi-Fi, TV and Chromecast as well as cable TV. The interior of the house makes it suitable for 2 families or more couples who want to spend a holiday together. There are four bedrooms divided into double beds and single beds. For the little ones there is a cot and high chair. In the pool department there is an energy-saving air / air heat pump. There are two bathrooms with shower underfloor heating. In the sauna there is the opportunity for relaxation. There is a charger for electric cars with 16Amp CEE connectors (11 kW). Extension cable is located in the shed. On the plot there is plenty of space for ball games and play, as well as a swing and sandbox for the little ones. There are 60 m & # 178; open terrace area with plenty of space for sun, cosiness and good barbecue evenings. There are lights with spotlights for the evening. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
