This well-appointed holiday cottage simply offers everything your heart desires of activities. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide, sauna, shower and whirlpool that seats 4-6 people. In the activity room you can take a game of billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis, darts or air hockey. As something extraordinary is the activity room extended with a "play corner" where in addition to the PlayStation and Nintendo Wii are also Apple TV with plenty of opportunities to see films with 6 fixed seats and the opportunity to put more chairs in. Even stereo system and flat-screen TV are installed in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping quarters. Each sleeping area has a bathroom, in addition there is an extra bathroom in the pool department. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, lounge area and wood-burning stove . There are 2 ceramic cookers, 2 separate ovens, 2 refrigerators of 120 litres each, 2 freezers of 80 litres each, 2 coffee makers and 2 dishwashers in the house. The house has 8 bedrooms and 2 large and spacious mezzanines. Box mattresses in all bedrooms and on the mezzanines. Outdoor activities include sandpit, slide, swings and 2 football goals as well as a basketball net. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Furthermore there is a petanque court of international size (3x12 m). There is a bike shed. Large, open terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends.There is Outdoor fire pit, and Charger for electric car. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
