Holiday home with swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool located in one of the most attractive areas in Marielyst. In the middle of the house in the living room there is both table tennis and billiards as well as the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3 in another room. After a long walk in the beautiful Marielyst, you can enjoy the swimming pool with slide and afterwards relax in the large whirlpool for 4 people and get warm in the sauna. There are six good bedrooms, which are divided into four rooms with double beds and two rooms with single beds. There are three good bathrooms. The house contains heat pump and wood stove for the cool evenings. The house is child friendly with cot & chair as well as swing, sandpit, playhouse, climbing frame and much more in the garden. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and grill on the many lovely sunny days and evenings. It is not far to the city center and all the different activities for the whole family. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
