The house was perfect. It easily accommodated our group of 10. There was plenty of kitchen space for preparing meals, eating, and for fellowship. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I will definitely recommend this home to others and will look forward to booking here again!

House is beautiful both inside and out. Amazing kitchen and plenty of outdoor space - small pool, outdoor seating, and fire pit area. Access to beach is a 5-10 min walk to the San Roy access. There is no parking (cars or golf carts) or bike racks so you will have to drop off your family or just walk. The Sugar Dunes access is accessible but the beach it is private so you will have to walk down closer to the lake/San Roy entrance anyway. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and very close (a short bike ride) to shops for coffee and ice cream as well as a seafood market and restaurant. Would stay there again!
