** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.
** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**
Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**
** PET POLICY **
Trae Bien is a **pet-friendly home for dogs under 40 pounds.**
A **$250 non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet.**

We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**

Trae Bien was a fantastic place for a vacation! The house was spotless and beautiful. We had everything we needed. The golf cart is brand new and sits 6 people. Vacation at its Finest has incredible customer service - efficient and friendly. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. It was simply a 5 star experience all the way around!
