Welcome to Villa Natura!
You will be immersed in this place, with a breathtaking view of the bay of Sallenelles and the sea.
This, in a preserved setting a few hundred meters from the site of the Maison de la Nature and the cycle paths.
You can relax in the jacuzzi with a panoramic view.
Fully enclosed property on 3500 m2 with automatic gate
A few beehives are at the bottom of the garden and access is secure. The house is located in the bay of Sallenelles with a breathtaking view. Indeed, it is located 400 m from the bay of Sallenelles between the sea and the countryside. Our house of 210 m2 is located on a plot of 3500 m2 entirely enclosed and wooded.
In this very quiet environment, you will have many places to rest and relax both inside and outside (jacuzzi terrace, games room and bar).
A bakery is located 200 m away and many shops 3 kms away.
The landing beaches, Deauville 45 mns. Caen 20 mns.le mont st Michel at 1h30
My accommodation;
Decorated with several terraces and an outdoor kitchen (plancha and barbecue), our house is bright and very spacious.
All its equipment will allow you to have all the comfort you want in a green and rejuvenating setting.
The house is arranged as follows: - On the garden level, there is the fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, living room of 55 m², a bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
Also there is the jacuzzi, the play area and the terraces. - Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: - A suite with large balcony, bed of 160, dressing room bathroom and private toilet. -A bedroom with a 140 cm bed. -A children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds with bathroom on the landing. Our house can accommodate 8 people (3 couples and 2 children in all ease).
In addition, a space of 35 m2 with jacuzzi, table football, arcade games, juke box and bar to welcome your moments of relaxation and conviviality.
All the bedding is recent, as well as the kitchen with its American fridge, coffee machine etc..
