This is a long-term tenancy. The preferred tenancy length is 12+ months. However other lengths will be considered which may result in a different rental price per week.

- Payments required will be two weeks' rent in advance plus four weeks' bond
- Shortlisted applicants will be subject to credit and reference checks.
