Centrally located to Downtown Fishers, you'll be minutes from the Nickel Plate trail, breweries, Target and the newly opened Fishers Event Center. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. This private back yard makes for a relaxing evening grilling on the back patio. Kick back and enjoy your stay!
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping on property. Guests will be charged a $500 smoking fee
- Any issues or concerns should be communicated with the host immediately.
- No furniture to be removed from the house.
- No pets. Pets seen on property or pet messes found in the house will be charged a $210 pet fee.
- No Parties allowed on property. This is a private residential area with 24/7 patrol by local law enforcement. Guests will be asked to leave.
- No outside guests. 10 people max.
