About this house rental
Welcome to the beautiful Bear Lake Bluffs! Home to the best view in all of Garden City. This cozy, beach themed house is the best place for your family retreat to Bear Lake. With large living spaces for socializing, comfy beds for sleeping, and a large back yard for playing- you'll never want to leave.
To help you get a better picture of the space, here is the home layout:
MAIN FLOOR:
- Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room
- Laundry room
- Half Bathroom
- Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk in closet, private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: The smaller room is attached to the primary bedroom has a twin sized daybed, trundle, and pull out sofa. There is a door to separate the rooms!
- Large balcony with outdoor dining seating for the whole family, a bbq grill and flat top grill.
- Lots of parking out front for plenty of cars and your boat.
BASEMENT:
- Kitchenette - microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink.
- Theater Room - projector and sound system.
- Bedroom 3: A twin/full bunk bed, and a queen bed. Attached shared bathroom with Bedroom 3 - tub/shower combo.
- Bedroom 4: King bed, attached shared bathroom with Bedroom 2
- Bedroom 5: Three sets of twin/twin bunk beds for all the kiddos, and an unattached bathroom - tub/shower combo.
- Doors to the backyard with a private hot tub, more outdoor seating and dining, a propane fire pit, and our incredible view of the lake!

We had a group of 11 adults and we all fit very comfortably. The location of the property is only minutes away from downtown Garden City and about 20 mins to North Beach. Heritage Park is within walking distance and we spent an evening playing pickle ball. The house provided large tables inside and out, large sofas upstairs and down. We enjoyed watching movies, puzzles, games, and the hot tub. There was plenty of parking in the circular driveway - we had 3 SUVs, a truck, and a boat!The home was well furnished with everything we needed including 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, a Blackstone, BBQ grill, & washer/dryer.There are great views of Bear Lake from the backyard and the main level balcony. The home got pretty warm during the day with the large open windows and we had trouble getting hot water in the downstairs bathrooms. We also could not find any kitchen garbage bags for trash, but we had some with us.
