We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was seamless. No way to control thermostat as it is a basement apartment but we could close the vents and use the space heaters as needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable in the 2 rooms we used.

Our family had a great stay here. The place was exactly as advertised and the views of the surrounding area were beautiful. Very clean and easy to get in touch with the host for any needs/questions. Neighborhood was super quiet and a great location in terms of the town of Provo very close, hiking and sight seeing, and local restaurants. Do yourself a favor and try the Bombay House and Brunch House. Are only suggestion for the house would be to have an information sheet left on the table for wifi password, heating and ac controls, and whether or not you have access to the backyard patio area. The only con we had was a horrible noise two nights right outside the main bedroom in the wall which maybe was the water treatment system running? That probably needs to be looked at.
