Make family memories by the beach! Our cozy 3BR, 2 full & 2 half bath home is just 1 block from the sand and close to great restaurants and fun for everyone. Relax in comfort with a spacious layout, a giant 100" 4K TV for movie nights and surround sound, and a full kitchen for home-cooked meals. EV charger included. Airbnb’s guest service fee is already included in the price!
First Floor:
- Drop your bags!
- Half bath, shoe cubbies, cozy Murphy bed (queen-size), and access to the garage with EV charger.
- One garage spot + free street parking.
Living Room & Kitchen:
- Head upstairs to a bright open kitchen stocked with everything you need.
- High chair for little guests too!
- A comfy sectional with a pullout sofa, and balcony access for coffee mornings.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Jeremy made it very easy to check in and made sure all of my questions were answered prior - as this was my first time booking a house. We were directly across the street from the beach, which was amazing! ...and just a short walk from many many great restaurants. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place. He was very accommodating and responded to all of our questions quickly. The house and everything in it was brand new and was well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location, very close to the beach. Also close to mini golf and a good selection of bars. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend the pizza at Ponzettis nearby. The house was spotless and felt brand new, which I really appreciated. A huge TV which was perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Jeremy thought of everything. Would definitely stay again!
