The high-quality Frisian-style house "Inselherz" was newly renovated and furnished in early 2022.
The cozy living area is equipped with a wood-burning stove, heated floors, a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), an LG Smart TV, internet radio, and Telekom Wi-Fi. In front of it lies a large sun terrace with a designer seating area and a beach chair in the small, fenced-in garden.
The “Inselherz” is located in the geographical center of the island of Sylt. From here, you can explore the island by bike or on foot.
Westerland (2 km), Keitum (2 km), Wenningstedt (4 km), and Kampen (7 km) border Tinnum. Both the mudflats and the beach are just a few minutes away by bike.
Nearby, you’ll find, among other things, Landhaus Stricker—owned by TV chef Bodendorf—a bakery, a bike rental shop, a supermarket, and the “Tinnum-Mitte” bus stop.
Access to the house is very easy thanks to a modern code lock and magnetic key system. Upon arrival, you can easily open the front door and the apartment door on your own.
An Adidas treadmill awaits you in the bedroom.
