About this house rental
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings with an smart television in the living room equipped with a Roku. In this space, you will have 2 brand new queen sized beds- one in the master bedroom and one in the 2nd bedroom, a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed and a sleeper sofa. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the house for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view- you'll hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes wireless internet and a split AC system.
We have one of the rare homes in Seattle that is centrally located with a view of the Space Needle!

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound. This house is a duplex and you might hear your neighbors from time to time. Please be mindful of noise and courteous to your neighbors.
