About this apartment rental
Stroll back along East Capitol Street to your peaceful home-away-from-home after a day exploring DC. Our neighborhood offers many local restaurants, cafes, parks, and seasonal lemonade stands within blocks. But most importantly, we've aimed to craft a comfortable accommodation for you so you can settle in for your stay with ease!
Our kitchen is stocked with the basics, so all you have to do is pick up some produce & bread at Eastern Market and some charcuterie makings from Wine & Butter to whip up dinner. Forget something? We'll bring anything down you need.
Cozy up to watch a movie, play some silly new board games, or soak up some afternoon sunlight in the bay windows. Enjoy a wide array of pillows, crisp cotton sheets, down comforters, and extra blankets as you settle down to sleep in our quite neighborhood.
12 blocks/1 mile to the Capitol, Library of Congress, and Supreme Court; 8 blocks to the metro's blue-orange-silver lines at Eastern Market; 13 blocks to the metro's red line and Amtrak at Union Station

Note: Like many AirBnBs in the neighborhood, this is the English basement of our home, a historic century-old row house, so you can sometimes hear us above. However, we're just one couple and are generally very quiet :)

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were gracious and helpful. Spotless, kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer are clean and efficient. Detergent provided as well which was lovely. Highly recommend
