Mattia is a charming countryside retreat offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the rolling hills of the Amalfi Coast. The interiors of the bedrooms and living spaces elegantly combine rustic style with original terracotta flooring and wooden beams, enriched with contemporary furnishings and a focus on comfort. Large windows and open spaces lead to a spacious patio, perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of the gardens and centuries-old olive trees.
Villa Mattia features 3 beautiful bedrooms, accommodating a total of 6 guests, and 2 elegant bathrooms. Outside, a barbecue allows you to feel at home while enjoying the fresh, typical air of the area Surrounded by sea views surrounded by sea views.
Monticchio, the nearest village located less than 1 km away, offers a charming and peaceful atmosphere, while being easily accessible to a variety of services. You’ll find bars, restaurants, a supermarket, grocery stores, gelaterias, and various shops where you can experience the taste of authentic local food. Just 500 meters away, there is a bakery and a small supermarket.
Due to the use of a secondary road for access, a compact vehicle is recommended. We suggest choosing a small or medium-sized car, such as a Fiat 500 or a similar model. For those arriving with a larger vehicle, complimentary parking is available just 200 meters from the residence.
The property is provided with clean bed linens and towels, and guests are responsible for daily tidying up. We are happy to arrange additional cleaning services during the stay, available for an extra fee.

Please be informed that, in order to receive your keys at check-in, you will need to present your documents or send them via message in advance. Additionally, the city tax (from April 1 to October 31, €3.00 per night for up to the first 7 nights) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
It is only accessible via a flight of about ten steps.
Kindly note that for any check-in after the established time, an additional fee of €50 will be charged.
