It was respected old and typical building elements such as granite decoration and partially granite grounds in old time style. This gives this house its special atmosphere. The house is at the village edge at sunny position with view on mountains. The vicinity to the line of the nostalgic Centovalli train is not disturbing because this train pulls there only slowly and consists of only 1-2 vehicles.
