The house lies in the upper part of Brissago on sunny and cliff position and has a beautiful view on the lake and the mountains from Ascona to Italy. Outdoor pool (2.5m x 6m open ca. from June until end of September, weather dependent) with garden and sunbathing area. Large lake side balcony with lying area, sun blinds and furniture. Driveway to house and separate garage. Bus stop, lake and beach about 1 km (bus stop with special schedule in 200m). Food store about 1.8 km. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine available. Pets are permitted.
