Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place and car free. Well-kept apartment house in a sunny position, directly on the famous lake promenade. Beautiful panorama view on the picturesque bay and the mountains. Large balcony facing the lake with balcony furniture and sun blinds. Driveway until house. Garage. Elevator. Lake ca. 20 ms (access directly from the house). Shops ca. 300 ms. Bus stop ca. 600 ms. Bathing-establishment with lake and beach, tennis, golf ca. 1 km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for common use. Pets not permitted.
