Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place and car free. Well-kept apartment house in a sunny position, directly on the famous lake promenade. Beautiful panorama view on the picturesque bay and the mountains. Large balcony facing the lake with balcony furniture and sun blinds. Driveway until house. Garage (Only suitable for small cars.). Elevator. Lake ca. 20 ms (access directly from the house). Shops ca. 300 ms. Bus stop ca. 600 ms. Bathing-establishment with lake and beach, tennis, golf ca. 1 km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for common use. Pets not permitted.

In 2021 newly renovated and newly furnished apartment. Entrance. Large living /bedroom lake side with large window front, laterally offset seating corner with divan, double bed, cable-tv, wireless internet. The location and view from the balcony is amazing, you can easily spend hours watching the boats and other activities below. The apartment is a good size and has everything that you need. The underground car park is a bonus! If are not traveling by car, suggest to contact HolAlp ahead of time to see where in Ascona you can collect the keys, otherwise you have to go to Minusio, Locarno to collect and return.
