The 70 m² rustico is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Fully renovated in 2013, the house combines its original character with cosy and practical amenities. Two separate bedrooms with parquet flooring provide comfortable private spaces for a relaxing stay.
The welcoming living area also features parquet flooring and invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and fireplace. A TV, DVD player and Blu-ray player provide entertainment for relaxed evenings at the property.
The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso machine are provided, together with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a selection of spices. The dining table offers a pleasant setting for starting the day with breakfast or enjoying a relaxed meal together in the evening.
The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided for your stay.
Rustico Al Stradon also offers an inviting outdoor area for relaxing. The enclosed grounds feature a garden with a lawn and a private terrace with outdoor furniture. A charcoal barbecue is available for enjoying meals outdoors. From here, you can take in views of the surrounding mountains and landscape, while the property’s location directly by the river adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
