Extra linens will be provided to a group of more than 7 guests with fees.
Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee.
There is park right next to the townhome. Plenty of street parking at front on a first come first serve basis. A few minutes walk to the Front Climbing Gym. Chinatown Supermarket is just a few blocks away, where you can find numerous restaurants as well.

Location was convenient for our needs, including several trips in SLC area. Property was clean, neighborhood was pleasant, and beds were comfortable. Would have liked more cooking and dining utensils for our group. Otherwise, very satisfied.
