Large and clean home close to everything and enough space to have your own space! I'd stay here again. The beds were comfortable too

We enjoyed the house and the location. It was easy to get in/out and it was close to things we wanted to do. Plus, they had fun things like ping-pong and an arcade. However, there were some problems created by poor communication on the owner's part.- The alarm system went off and no pin code was provided to turn it off. Hearing damage levels of sirens went off for several minutes while the alarm company called around. - The house can sleep 14 people but they only provided three towels. Eventually, the property manager got back to us and shared where the secret key was hidden that would unlock the closet that had more towels.- We were required to take the trash out but no trash bags were provided. It turned out that the secret key unlocked a different door with trash bags.- The Internet went out for more than 12 hours. Despite looking everywhere for where the WiFi system might be, it wasn't until the property manager eventually got back to us that we learned it was a plug-looking system in the living room that we had to unplug/replug to get going again.- The check-out instructions varied depending on what source you looked at. (E.g. the book was different than what was printed on a door)- We had to hunt around for the thermostatAs an FYI to anyone with older folks in their groups: there are no bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom is in the basement and the rest are upstairs.

The property manager was communicative at first, but as the visit went on, slowly lost cadence. Multiple furnishings were broken on move-in, and the fridge was leaking. Major things taken care-of before move--in, but a bad first impression regardless. No extra pillows/blankets/towels, and ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Previous guests left a lot of miscellaneous objects that didn't get found by cleaning staff. Outdoor garbage is a heaping mess. No functioning smoke detectors. Ski gear storage/organization in the garage was good.
