The 40 m² accommodation was built in 2022 and recently renovated. Located on a raised ground floor, it features two rooms with a separate bedroom and a cosy living area. High-quality parquet flooring in both rooms creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The living area invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa corner. Satellite TV with international channels and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience throughout your stay. Air conditioning in selected rooms and electric heating help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature depending on the season.
The separate kitchen is practically equipped for self-catering and features a ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment – ideal for preparing a leisurely breakfast or your own meals during your holiday.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided for your stay.
The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Casa Nido di Rondine features a garden, a covered terrace and an additional terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers.
