The apartment, located on the first floor of a portion of a historic farmhouse from the 1700s, consists of a living room/dining room with a fireplace with a beautiful cast iron wood stove, two characteristic and elegant triple bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchen and, going up to the second floor, a panoramic (view of the Argentario coast) sun terrace with outdoor shower. The apartment, of about 120 m2, is equipped with all comforts (unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV), but fully preserves its rural Tuscan spirit. The stone walls and wooden beams are original from the 18th century, the floor is in rough antique terracotta, and there are period furniture of great value, such as the dining table dating back to the 1600s, and the wardrobe in one of the two bedrooms, made in the 1700s. This accommodation, one of a kind, is completed by several collections of paintings, most of which are from the Livorno school. The view from all the windows is of the surrounding countryside, and from most of them the gaze extends to the Argentario sea, managing to see, on clear days, as far as the Giglio Island and Corsica.
The sun terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture (table, sun loungers, umbrella), offers maximum privacy to be able to relax in a quiet space and with a great visual impact.
