This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important organic farm with 330 ha grounds, dating from the end of 1800 have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request customers take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked or visit the zoological centre. The house is situated 25km from the thermal centre of Saturnia, 90km from the centre of Siena, 60km from Viterbo and 140km from the Fiumicino airport in Rome. Beautifull views Nice pool lots of Space in the house. Christiano is very nice and helpfull. The house needs an update. House could be a bit cleaner. The adjacent house is occupied. We were not expecting that. Other than that we had a wonderfull week !

Het is een mooi en zeer ruim huis, de basis is er maar is toe aan modernisering. Er is geen airco aanwezig. Er waren wel vier ventilatoren aanwezig. Persoonlijk vond ik het matras wel oke maar sommige van onze groep sliepen er niet goed op. De kasten in de kamers waren oud en muffig waardoor ik onze kleren er niet in wou leggen. De badkamer is ruim, er waren voldoende handdoeken. De douche is klein en had schimmel. Heel mooi zwembad en prachtig uitzicht!

Wir reisen mit Hund und suchen deshalb Objekte, die eingezäunt sind. In Ihrer Beschreibung war das so. Angetroffen haben wir dann aber ein Objekt, das nicht eingezäunt war. Wir mussten ständig aufpassen, dass unser Hund nicht vom Gelände lief, bzw. mussten ihn ständig an der Leine halten. Das ist alles andere, aber kein entspannter Urlaub. Desweiteren schreiben Sie, dass der Eigentümer hin und wieder das Nebengebäude auf dem angemieteten Gelände nutzt. Das war bis auf 3-4 Tage ständig so.
