- Signed rental agreement and photo ID required (minimum age to book: 25 years).
- No rentals to local residents. No large gathering or parties.

The game room kept the kids busy between trips to Disney (which was an easy commute).

The house is great and very family friendly. Plenty of things to do to keep kids engaged. I would be prepared to stop at store to pick up needed household items. Toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, salt and pepper, soap for showers, etc.
