Sleeps comfortably up to 12 people. We have two bedrooms downstairs for people struggling with stairs and we have en-suite full bathrooms in every bedroom!

From the minute we arrived I knew that this was going to be an awesome vacation. This host really knows how to make you feel welcome and right at home! The property was very well maintained with plenty of linen and household amenities. The pool area and hot tub were very clean and the hot tub was very nice and soothing after a long day at the parks. Truly enjoyed staying on the Margaritaville property and plan on making this one of my go to places to stay if doing a theme park vacation. Nicely located off of Irlo Bronson with endless restaurant choices and shopping venues. The new Bay Ridge sushi, Portillo‘s, pollo tropical, Giordano’s Pizza and Raising Cane’s Cane’s, just to name a few. My family and I will definitely be staying here again thank you so much!!!

This was our third time staying at this resort, first time in a VRBO at this resort. House is starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Front door lock is loose and the entire lock housing turns. The refrigerator must be missing some shelves, you have to stack everything like food jenga. Floors where dirty when arrived, I feel like they only have been swept and not moped in a while. Floors felt gritty and showed on white socks. Mattress in bedroom i stayed in was broken, you fell into a hole in mattress. Shower heads are mostly plugged with calcium and lime, it was more of a mist than a shower. 1/2 bath outside next to pool you are not allowed to use, so everyone has to go inside dripping wet and make a mess. I guess you could just let everyone pee in the pool. One of the Kitchen draws is messed up, when you open it it goes towards the floor and you think everything is going to dump out. If they spent a day or two doing some general maintenance and replace a few mattresses it would be a lot better. I feel that if you rent from the resort the houses are held to a much higher standard and not restricted from outside bathroom use.
I did contact property manager when arrived about access to outside 1/2bath and they denied us access.
