We’re happy to provide a travel cot with bedding for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Guests are welcome to use it, but we kindly ask that the travel cot is returned to its original storage place before check-out.

*Due to ongoing drought conditions in Andalucía, Marbella may experience water restrictions or cuts.

*If you require assistance accessing the property due to lost or forgotten keys, a service fee will apply. Please contact us if this occurs.
*Key Collection:
Please note that the keys are stored in a lockbox close to the property, conveniently on the way from the airport. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in.

🐾 Pets Welcome (with prior approval)
Dogs are welcome for a minimum additional fee of €50 to cover extra cleaning.
To bring a dog, please tick the “pets” box when booking and send us details (breed, age, and size). A second dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Pet rules:
*Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained
*Dogs are to be kept strictly downstairs and off soft furnishings
*Clean up immediately after any fouling on the premises
*Wipe muddy paws before entering the home
*Dogs must not be left alone in the property
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
