Welcome to 308 Scarborough Village! Located just over 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue this nicely renovated townhouse is the perfect vacation spot! Featuring an open 1st floor living, dining and kitchen area, private patio, spiral staircase leading to 2 upstairs bedrooms and a 2nd floor deck. You will enjoy the great Community Pool and two car assigned off street parking-walk everywhere in town from this location!

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
