This fantastic 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath home is located directly on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. Built in 2021 and professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this home sleeps 16 guests on three levels, making it ideal for a family gathering or corporate retreat. It has a private pool, a beach-boardwalk, two laundry areas, a large “kid’s den” or “secondary den” on the second level, and a large living/dining/kitchen area on the main level. Combine these luxuries with covered parking, a BBQ area under the home, an outdoor shower, and unparalleled views from one of five private balconies, and you have a beach home that dreams are made of.
As you arrive at this beautiful property, you will find covered parking for up to 3 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. From here, you will immediately access the private boardwalk or enter the house using the stairs or the elevator.
Lil Tip Sea, Gulf Shores On the main level of the home guests will enjoy a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views, a half-bath, two queen bedrooms, each with their private bath, an expansive beachfront balcony with a private pool (pool can be heated for an extra fee), and beach boardwalk. The dining table will seat eight guests, the kitchen island will seat five guests, and the outdoor dining table will seat 8. The beautifully decorated living area features an 85” TV, shiplap walls, and comfortable seating for 12. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with ample dishes, cookware, and utensils. It features two sets of stainless appliances (two ovens, two side-by-side refrigerators, two dishwashers), granite counters, and an icemaker. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area, a half-bath, and two queen guest rooms, each with private baths.

Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, and the den has two couches and a loveseat. The two king bedrooms feature a beach-front balcony stretching the width of the home.
The third level features a kitchenette, complete with a small refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, and dishes, located in the common area at the top of the landing, a queen guest room with attached bath, and the main suite. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. The property management people were very responsive. We had a wonderful visit. The floors were VERY dirty...after a shower, walking around barefooted, we realized our feet were black. A guest/friend who has riverfront property and a dock said that you would do well to check the walkway over to the beach for safety/integrity. Thanks for a great vacation. Paula Stutts

Gorgeous Home, Terrible ManagementDon’t be fooled by the beauty of this house — the management is a nightmare. The listing had wrong bedroom info, the pool was out of service for 4 days, and we were insultingly offered only 175 for the inconvenience. For the price we paid, this level of inaccuracy, poor communication, and lack of fair compensation is unacceptable. Rent at your own risk.
