About this house rental
Spacious, 1200 sf flat overlooking a eucalyptus grove, redwoods all around, great views of San Francisco, nearby hiking trails.
- Safe, secure, coded entry
- 3 min to Montclair Village, 7 min to Berkeley and Oakland, 30 min to SF
- Hot tub, outdoor shower, deck, lounge chairs, dining
- Japanese bath with shower
- Full kitchen
- Master Bedroom with queen bed and desk with view
- Two couches fold out to queen beds.
- 8ft Brunswick pool table (after 2/15/24)
- High Speed Internet, two desks
The space
- Park off-road on the driveway, plenty of street parking for guests.
- Enter through coded gate, walk down a level of steps to the downstairs flat.
- Exclusive use of downstairs deck, hot-tub, outside shower, lounge chairs with fire-pit, outside dining table
- Enter flat through coded door (changed with every new guest).
- 1200 foot flat, with large living room with couch that easily folds out to a Queen bed. Main room with 65-inch 4K smart TV for you favorite streaming service. Main room also has a full-size Yamaha electric piano.
- Second room with 8 foot Brunswick Pool Table and a second fold-out couch for additional guests
- Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, comfortable lounge chair, and a desk - all overlooking San Francisco skyline beyond the Eucalyptus grove behind the house.
- Deer, coyotes, and wild turkeys run among the redwood trees and on the many hiking trails nearby, yet only minutes to the charming Montclair Village, Berkeley, and Oakland, and close to freeway and BART access to zip over to San Francisco, or up to Napa and Sonoma Valleys, or down to Silicon Valley or down to Santa Cruz.

Guest have exlcusive use of the downstairs deck, hot-tub, and flat.
Other things to note
Price is for up to two adults. Others over 12 years of age will be charged an additional $50 each.
We appreciate how nice it is to entertain in this space, but no gatherings larger than six persons and no overnight guests who are not registered.
It is a quiet, natural environment, with neighbors living close-by, so please keep noise down, especially after 10pm on weekdays, and midnight on weekends.

Very nice place , nice views, easy to park and access unit (though stairs to deal with). Pool table and piano big plus for me!
