Electronic door lock was easy with the code. There was plenty of room for us and was adequately furnished. Kitchen had most of pots, pans, coffee maker you’d find at home. Was close to our daughter’s apartment in Alameda and was convenient to local restaurants on Park and grocery store and other stores at the strip mall on Otis.
I grew up in Fairfield, California so I know on occasion temperatures can get hot by the coast. Temperatures were above normal on June 5th when we checked so penthouse was hot. There are floor fans available but ceiling fan(s) in the bedrooms might have been more helpful. Parking was a little “tricky”(exiting) if other cars were parked in their spots.
