This condo apartment is located in Fajardo across the street from the Marina. It is fully equipped with everything you made need for your stay in Puerto Rico. The apartment has Living Room, Eat In Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Balcony Area, Laundry Room for stays longer than 5 days.
This apartment has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The Livingroom is fully equipped with a 50” Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus & more. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, dishes, pots, stove, microwave, refrigerator and four seat seating area. Bathrooms are fully equipped with hot water, toilet paper and clean towels. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and a 40" Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, twin size bed with a 50" Smart TV and a two seat seating area. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed and 40" TV with a two seat seating area. Balcony has a patio set and it’s the only place where smoking is allowed. Laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine & dryer and a slop sink for guest staying 4 days or more.
The apartment is located across the street from the Marina, where you can take a charter boats to go fishing, catamarans and kayak tours. Also, we are minutes away from the ferries to Culebra, Vieques and other islands. There are also great restaurants in the area. Seven Seas Beach is 5 minutes away or Luquillo Beach is 15 minutes also.
Its recommended you rent a car to get around Fajardo. We have free guest parking Note: Do not park on any parking space that has a number on it.

Very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen has everything you need and even more, in every room there is a TV, air conditioning and an alex speaker, there are accessories for a comfortable stay on the beach
The community is very safe, with security cameras everywhere and locked gates at the entrance/exit.
The beach is 8 minutes away.
Next time we will only stay here.

Very nice place for a weekend getaway. The Owner is super responsive if anything is needed. Would definitely stay again!

This is a cute refinished apartment in a run down area. The owner is very responsive if you have questions. It is very close to a marina, but the kayak areas are not right by this marina… you will need to drive about 7 minutes to get to where the bioluminescence tours are. We enjoyed having an apartment that we could cook in and watch a family movie after busy tourist days. I would stay here again even though the neighborhood is rough. We were so busy in Fajardo that we didn’t have time to try the pool.
