About this villa rental
Cocoonr offers you this contemporary, air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Montfort-sur-Argens. It measures 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a 1,280 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and Bluetooth speaker
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), dressing area and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Shower room (with walk-in shower)
- Separate WC
An outbuilding
- Bedroom 4: with a double sofa bed
- A shower room (with walk-in shower)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from early May to late September and protected by an alarm (opening date non-contractual).
- A lovely 1,280 m² enclosed garden planted with trees
- A 200 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and a children's play area
- A petanque court
The house is ideally located in Montfort-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
