Welcome to your home away from home! This modern luxury hideaway offers everything you need for a memorable getaway, blending comfort, convenience, and style. Featuring a sauna, cold plunge and steam showers, this home is a bona fide wellness retreat! Located just a short walk from Wilshire Trails Park, Lake Lanier, and downtown Gainesville Square, this home is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or exploring the area.
The Space
• 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths:
• 2 King Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms (featuring luxurious steam showers—please do not run both simultaneously to avoid overloading the electrical panel).
• 1 Queen Bedroom and an additional bathroom.
• Comfortable sleeping options include a large sectional sofa (sleeps 2) and a leather couch in the basement.
• Baby-friendly accommodations with a crib and toys available.
• Chef’s Kitchen:
• Fully equipped with a KitchenAid mixer (make your own bread!), stocked spice cabinet, cooking essentials (oils, seasonings, etc.), and a beverage fridge (note: the ice maker is out of commission, but the fridge produces plenty of ice).
• Outdoor cooking options include a Green Egg smoker, Traeger smoker, Blackstone flat top, and a traditional charcoal grill.
• Entertainment & Relaxation:
• Barrel sauna and cold plunge for spa-like relaxation.
• Outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
• Screened-in porch with a TV and gas fireplace—perfect for lounging or catching the game.
• Basement projector for movie nights and a piano for music lovers.
• A turf play area for kids and a small library of books for guests to enjoy.

This home was very spacious and comfortable for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation weekend. The piano was a fun amenity for us to gather around and sing as well! We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely LOVED this place… had we needed and much more. Sauna and steam showers made it feel like a resort. We cooked 2 nights in the beautiful kitchen. We had everything needed to make a gourmet meals. Decor is awesome and everything super clean. Henry was super communicative kind and helpful. Next time I’m in town, will definitely stay here.
