About this house rental
With 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, the holiday home offers plenty of space for a maximum of 22 people in a generous 420 m² of living space.
In addition to the two-story main building, the property includes a small, charming, barrier-free cottage with a large double room, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining table and a veranda equipped with a small table and 4 chairs.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a large fireplace, several sofas and satellite TV, 1 barrier-free double room, 2 further double rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower or bathtub, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
Of the 2 kitchens, one is very professionally and modernly equipped with a free-standing large work block with plenty of work space (e.g. ideal for cooking courses) and hob, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, large American refrigerator, etc. From here you have direct access to the garden and the large veranda where guests can enjoy their meals al fresco.
In the adjacent dining room everyone has enough space at the large dining table.
On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one with a massage bath, the others with a shower, as well as 2 spacious suites, each with a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa beds for 2 people.
Of the total of 9 bedrooms, 4 rooms can be provided as double rooms or twin rooms, depending on your wishes, please specify when booking.
All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
In the fenced, park-like area with its extensive lawns, a wonderful rose garden, cypresses and evergreen olive trees, the large swimming pool (7 x 14m; water depth 1.2 to 1.4m) with sun loungers, table and chairs and shady parasols invites you to relax because the privacy of visitors is guaranteed here.
You book the entire estate, the garden and the pool completely on your own. There are no other people living on the fenced property.
