At the end of a long cypress-lined driveway, in a landscape little changed over the centuries you will find a perfect escape and hideaway of the private estate with two villas and with the chapel.
The villas are a well-balanced blend of comfort and Tuscan tradition. We rent the villas for holidays and for weddings and it is our big pleasure to help our guests to enjoy Tuscany and our Tuscan lifestyle. Besides our villas, there are also charming wedding venues for intimate, romantic and festive 'rural-chic' wedding ceremonies. Whether you want a religious ceremony, a civil wedding or a symbolic blessing, we can help you to organize your unforgettable day with the greatest attention paid to each and every detail. Located in the production area of Chianti, the estate offers to its guests the wonderful landscape of Chianti hills and its surroundings.
The estate provides the hospitality and elegance of an old 17th-century manor house with 10 bedrooms and it is formed from two buildings separated by a fenced garden. The two villas are attractively surrounded by extensive green lawns, as well as by private woodland with oak and chestnut trees, where you can take walks. There is a beautiful, large swimming pool (10 x 20 m, height 1.2 m – 2.5 m) the perfect place to relax on summer days and the private parking area.
The estate is situated 50 minutes drive from Florence Airport and an hour and half from Pisa International Airport.

FIRST FLOOR: living room, bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower), living room with two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), living room with balcony and bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower). The villa n°1 can accommodate 10+2 people: 5 bedrooms (2 double, 3 twins) and 5 bathrooms (3 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower and bathtub). There is a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, BBQ area etc.

We organize weddings, excursions, cooking lessons, shopping tours (Prada’s factory is far from us only 7 km) and much more.
We rent the estate from Saturday to Saturday and the rates are variable at different seasons.

Different timing and days of arrival/departure could be considered in low season.

When the villa is rented for weddings, the electricity isn't included in the price, after it is calculated according to consumption. For weddings the couples are kindly asked to add 500 euro for extra cleaning ( one of the staff will help the suppliers during the wedding day and will prepare the garden before, during and after the wedding).
