The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent.

We were a little disappointed with the quality of our room.

Beautiful property that looks just as good as the photos and great location. Quality of breakfast food was excellent and we enjoyed the communal dining and cooking class experience.

Service fell short of what we have experienced at other agriturismos. It felt like there were not enough staff to manage the number of day trip visitors and staying guests. The staff often appeared overwhelmed and it was difficult to get attention for a coffee or a drink. The WiFi also hardly worked in our room and a dog non-stop barking at night made it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful location. The grounds are quite lovely. The sunset is especially beautiful. The buildings are charming. The breakfast was amazing. The location is a good place to explore the region if you have a car. Lots of fresh clean cold water available. They will give you a tour of the farm. The farm is lovely. The animals are sweet too. Kids can take a tour and collect eggs or help harvest veggies. Lots of activities to enjoy if you are looking. Prob would be a much better experience in spring or fall.

Most of the staff are not italian and the owners are American that claim online to live there yet they only stay on tourist visas. There are very few amenities, especially in the room. There is no air conditioning. My bad for not researching further. I booked on booking and saw “alternative air conditioning” which turned out to be a Dyson small fan. The room had a tiny window up high and a bathroom window. It was unbearably hot and we had to open the door to get airflow. With one small Dyson fan it was hardly enough. The dinner was mid. The wine overpriced. Also very lengthy. We have stayed and eaten at so many places in Italy. This is by far the longest dinner and least impressive. No options for snacks in between meal times. No place to store medications except the kitchen fridge. No one is there before 7 am. I had an early flight and had to leave at 6. The owner who was on property wouldn’t budge. When I left in the morning I saw them awake. My medicine had to be thrown away and it was expensive. It would have been a nice touch to help a guest out or least more compassionate. I didn’t like the horse around my breakfast. The owner had the horse close to the tables and it’s great and all until it’s pooping while I’m eating. Kind of gross. The property is gorgeous but the customer service and amenities are lacking. So many better options in the area.
