About this house rental
Welcome to our newly constructed two-story custom-built log cabin, a true mountain retreat with breathtaking 360-degree views of the iconic Creede cliffs, Bristol Head, and the La Garita Mountains. This stunning getaway will enhance your Colorado vacation.
The open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area create the perfect space for entertaining, and the north-facing wall of windows offers majestic views.
Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed, shared ensuite full bathroom.
Upstairs Loft: Queen Bed and Full Bed (shared and not private), with ensuite full bathroom.
The main level features two cozy bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Ascend the hand-crafted log staircase to the open loft, where you'll find two additional beds and a private ensuite bathroom — ideal for extra guests or a family retreat.
Step outside onto the east deck and greet the sunrise with your morning coffee or gather with loved ones on the concrete pad to share stories and unwind after a day of exploring. The expansive 3/4 wraparound deck offers ample space to relax, soak in the mountain air, and marvel at the star-filled sky.
Our home features a pull-through driveway, perfect for trailers, making it easy to bring along your ATVs or OHVs. From our doorstep, you can ride directly to many nearby trails, offering endless opportunities for adventure.
This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a maximum of $250 per stay).
Our home does offer AC.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The house was beautiful and very new. The location was close to town and we sat on the porch to have coffee each morning, looking out at the fall colors. Will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for us! The location to town was 5 minutes away. The property was immaculate and so comfortable for the five adults in our party who stayed there. The communication with the property manager was always very prompt, friendly and helpful prior to and during our trip. We played board games, used the fire pit outside and enjoyed relaxing while appreciating the amazing views from the wrap around porch and back patio. The house was perfect as a home base after excursions and activities around Creede such as horseback riding at Cottonwood Cove, rail bike riding in South Fork, multiple fishing excursions on the Rio Grande and surrounding lakes, and of course taking in the shows at Creede Repertory Theater where my daughter is a member of the company this summer! Love the town of Creede and would definitely use VRC again to find a property if we return, and absolutely would stay at this place again! It was a perfect. Thank you.

Enjoyed this rental property. The air conditioning was an added bonus as it did get warm a couple of days. The management company quickly helped us out when our flight leaving Alamosa was cancelled and got us an extension of the stay. Views from the bank of windows is amazing and sitting on the back porch allows a view of the valley and mountains.
