This three-bedroom, two-bathroom hideaway is the perfect year-round basecamp for adventure, offering easy access to outdoor recreation and close proximity to the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course.
Nestled among aspen and piñon trees, this home is perfect for relaxing and making memories. Let your dog(s) roam in the fully enclosed grassy front yard, sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch while watching Colorado sunsets, or unwind in the private hot tub with stunning Shaw Mountain views. The spacious, grassy backyard features a tiki bar, a large deck with a gas grill, seating for six, and lounge chairs—ideal for entertaining or simply soaking in the scenery.
Inside, unwind by the fireplace in the family room after a day of exploring. The spacious island kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a kitchen island, ample counter space, and modern appliances. Gather around the eight-person dining table for family meals or game night.

• Pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. The nightly pet fee is $ 40.00, with a maximum of $250.00. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy.
• STR Permit #: STR-195-25
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. More extended stays will require cleaning every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense.
• Similar to most properties in the area & due to the cool mountain climate, this unit does not have A/C.
Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The yard wasn't mown until the last day of a 2 week stay. Appliances and cabinets had considerable amounts of dirt on top.

We had no sound on the tv. We text the number and was told someone would contact us. No one ever did.

It was nice and well stocked with essentials. My only issue is with the bedding, it was old and pitted. The towels were okay, but not soft. The back yard and patio were very nice.
